Your visit starts with a consultation to assess condition and goals. We apply the Neal & Wolf treatment from mid-lengths to ends (and roots if needed), then allow it to work for 3–5 minutes or longer for an intensive mask. After a thorough rinse, we finish with a protective blow-dry so you can see the shine and smoothness. Suits dry, brittle, or colour-treated hair, frizz-prone textures, and anyone wanting fast, visible care. For at-home maintenance, use sulphate-free shampoo, a weekly mask, heat protection when styling, and UV defence on sunny days. Repeat in-salon every 4–6 weeks or add as a booster with your colour service for ongoing strength and gloss.
